Study Break Care Packages

A note of encouragement and a box of snacks bless the heart of a college student in unique ways. The Spiritual Life Department is excited to help you root on your student as they prepare for Spring 2026 final exams. NEW THIS YEAR!!: We now have two options for you to choose from to bless our students!

1. Classic Box ($30): This study break boxes contains around 40 items such as Pop Tarts, pudding packs, mints, multigrain bars, chips, cookies, candy bars, M&M’s, Skittles, suckers, fruit cups, trail mix, juice, crackers, microwavable noodles, and many more treats. Every box has the same cornucopia inside now packaged in a limited edition UMHB branded box!

2. Premium Box ($45): The premium option will be packed in the same amazing limited edition UMHB box, but it will contain a different set of snacks than the classic box. Examples of items in this box include include organic fruit bars, crackers, trail mix, popcorn, protein bars, lightly salted almonds, sugar-free peanut butter cups, oat bites, beef sticks, pretzels, and trident gum plus more!

Choose either option in various quantities through the form below until registration closes on April 27th!

Welcome Home - Get Ready for Move-In Day!

Move-In Day is three weeks away!

We hope you are as excited as we are! We are thrilled to welcome over 800 new students to campus this fall.

Move-In Day is August 2, 2023. Students have received their Move-In Day assignments and scheduled move-in times.

Here are a few Move-In Day key-points.

  • Label ALL Belongings (Name, Residence Hall, Room Number)
  • Label ALL BELONGINGS
  • LABEL ALL BELONGINGS (sometimes repetition is key)
  • Adhere to your assigned arrival time
  • Upon arrival to campus, follow directional signage to your assigned residence hall
  • Upon arrival to residence hall, stay in your car and wait for instructions
  • Check-in at assigned residence hall
  • If you pre-registered, you will find your Welcome Week Packet in your room
  • If you did not pre-register, go to Bawcom Student Union (after move-in) to register for Welcome Week

  • If you haven't already, please register for Welcome Week

Move-In Day placard will be in the mail by July 24.  If you happen to be driving multiple vehicles for move-in, please ensure the first vehicle has the placard and the other vehicles follow behind the vehicle with the parking placard. You are welcome to make copies of the parking placard as well.
