Move-In Day is three weeks away!
We hope you are as excited as we are! We are thrilled to welcome over 800 new students to campus this fall.
Move-In Day is August 2, 2023. Students have received their Move-In Day assignments and scheduled move-in times.
Here are a few Move-In Day key-points.
- Label ALL Belongings (Name, Residence Hall, Room Number)
- Label ALL BELONGINGS
- LABEL ALL BELONGINGS (sometimes repetition is key)
- Adhere to your assigned arrival time
- Upon arrival to campus, follow directional signage to your assigned residence hall
- Upon arrival to residence hall, stay in your car and wait for instructions
- Check-in at assigned residence hall
- If you pre-registered, you will find your Welcome Week Packet in your room
- If you did not pre-register, go to Bawcom Student Union (after move-in) to register for Welcome Week

Move-In Day placard will be in the mail by July 24. If you happen to be driving multiple vehicles for move-in, please ensure the first vehicle has the placard and the other vehicles follow behind the vehicle with the parking placard. You are welcome to make copies of the parking placard as well.
